Village of Kohler Ordinance 11.36.020(a):
"It is unlawful for any person to ride or give consent to another person to ride a bicycle having wheels which are twenty inches or greater in diameter upon the streets or other public ways or property in the Village unless such bicycle has been registered..."
All residents of the Village of Kohler are required to have their bicycles registered by the Village within fourteen days of purchase.
Bicycle licenses can be purchased from the Kohler Police Department at a cost of $2.50. This is a one-time licensing fee and yearly renewal is not required.
